trouble downloading trial illustrator

hi,

I can't seem to download the trial version of illustrator. It downloads the setup but when I try to run that it comes up with an error and closes. Can someone help me with this installation issue please?

It says "sorry an error has occured: This application cannot be installed because this installer has been mis-configured. Please contact the application author for assistance."
