Installation - Crashing continously

Hello.

Please can anybody help.

I have downloaded the 30-day trail of photoshop CS6 and it continually crashes no matter what i do. eg. Transforming the scale of a shape. It then freezes then crashes.

Does anybody recommend what I can do in this situation as I am pretty keen to buy the product if the trial shows me what it can do.

Hi interplay78,

Please let me know what OS are you using.

Also refer the KB Doc : http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/photoshop-crashes-or-features-photoshop.html

Make sure you have enough RAM , disk space etc while working with Photoshop.

Also try disabling any 3rd party applications to check if that might be interfering its performance.

You can also check logging on to a different Admin User account and check.

hello - Thank you for the very quick and helpful response.

I will run through the following now. I am also re-installing the trial.

I am working off a brand new laptop and have more than sufficient RAM and the disk space is virtually untouched. I am using Windows 7.
