KEYFRAME CADDY PROBLEMS

I am trying to install an extension called Keyframe Caddy and im getting a error message that will not allow me to install the extension. PLEASE HELP

    You should look for help from whoever provides the extension.

    if you have cs6 you will have to go over this site.

    Download the Exchange Panel and try it from there.

    Use the mxp2zxp Conversion Tool to prepare the extension for Flash CS6.

    When I converted the extension i get the same error message that says "this extension can not be installed, it requires Flash version in range of inclusively between 9 and 11.5" HELP

    If you upgraded your flash player already to the newest version but the tool somehow is limited to an older version of Flash, use the flash uninstaller and downlaod an outdated version of flash (like here)

    I had to search for the extension with the exchanger and I was able to download it
