DVDstyler errors, does any burner work with 11's slide show?

DVDstyler gives an error:

[dvd @ 015b0f60] Application provided invalid, non monotonically increasing dts to muxer in stream 0: 11040 >= 10080

 

Is there a DVD burner that will create a DVD for use with a TV from a Elements 11 slide show?

 

I am running Windows 8, so it does not include the DVD burner that Windows 7 had.
