Can't get Premiere Elements started

I've downloaded Premiere Elements. When I open the program and try to start a new project I get the 'accept conditions' diolog box. I check accept and the same box just keeps reappearing. Help?

    Moving this discussion to the Premiere Elements forum.  Mckay07 what operating system are you using?  Also is this Premiere Elements 11 or are you installing a different version?

    Hi Jeff,

     

    I'm using Windows 7 and it's Premiere Elements 11. It is licenced for two copies. I've installed the first on a laptop and it works fine. ON the second laptop is where I'm having difficulties. I do know this laptop (HP G64 I think) seems to have an integrated graphics processor rather than a dedicated video card and I wonder if this might be part of the problem? Although It seems that I should be able to father into the program before I get an a warning saying the hardware is not correct.

    So no error messages during the install process?  Are you trying to accept the EULA and this is where you are getting stuck?  Could you perhaps post a screenshot of where exactly you are getting stuck?

    I’m actually not using this computer so don’t have it in front of me. I’m not sure I know how to post a screenshot. Sorry. What is the EULA? End User Licensing Agreement? If so, then yes, this is where I’m stuck. The select ‘accept’ and then after a few second the same EULA window reappears. This just repeats.

    Yes. The EULA = End User License Agreement.

    Ok then my first advice would be to try running the Program as Administrator and seeing if you face the same difficulty.  If so then please try again with a newly created local administrator account.
