Unzip folder

Which library, if any, handles unzipping of .zip files which contains folders?

And by unzipping, I mean save the files/folders in that zip to files/folders on the computer. Not just display the names of the files/folders.

Please do not just list a bunch of zip libraries unless you know it can do this.

Had to ask in order to find it myself I guess.
