I switched from FCP to PPro CS 5.5 about 10 months ago but I still cant wrap my head around Dynamic Linking. And rendering in AE is another very confusing thing.
If I am sending a clip from PPro to AE to put a warp Stabilizer on it, how can I see the preview in PPro. Currently I am seeing a very choppy playback in premiere. What kind of rendering should I do in AE to enable a clean preview in PPro?
If somebody can throw some light on this, I would greatly appreciate.

Hitting Enter, i.e. performing 'Render Effects in Work Area' command, doesn't do the job for dynamically linked AE comps in CS5.5, 'cos they're displayed yellow in PrPro timeline (which confused me after upgrading from CS5). So as to be able to playback dynamically linked AE comps in PrPro CS5.5 in real time a user have to run 'Render Entire Work Area' command (I mapped it as Ctrl+Enter).
