    Hi,

    cs6 12.2 Build 6006 from adobe cloud

Navigate to Control Panel -> Action Center -> Problems to report -> Find the latest Crash date -> View a temporary copy of these files.

Zip this folder and send to Adobe as a Bug.

I thing they will respond soon.

    Hi,

after I changed to WIN 7 recently, I had some computer crashes too. The affected applications I installed again. From then on, everything runs like a charm. So you should try this too.

On the other hand, perhaps you can send us the link to the relevant page, so that we could try it out with our DW.

This needs to be done on Windows not in Dreamweaver.

Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Action Center -> Problems to report -> Find the latest Crash date -> View a temporary copy of these files

    Hi,

I stil think it is better to uninstall or remove the program and reinstall it before you go into the depths of WIN. So it will be configured correctly in your system. As I said above, doing this, my DW "runs like a charm" AND that even though there are two version running in parallel.

When it's still crashing I recommend the following steps (my hints are translated from my German WIN):

1.Adobes remove program. It it "answers" all is already deleted. So you should have a look at:
2.Windows Control Panel (Systemsteuerung). If no success, use:
3.File manager: Search in your Adobe directory for your CS6, maybe there are remaining some files of it. And after that go to
4.WIN regedit.exe (the sledgehammer approach): If DW has clearly left its mark, you will find them there. Use search function, BUT be careful by deleting. in any case save your regedit first!

ce qui est peut-être même pu essayer, s'il vous plaît envoyez-nous un lien vers le site concerné, pour expérimenter avec nos DW.

Does DW crash with all sites or just this one?

As a test, create a new page  -- File > New > Blank HTML > Layout > choose a layout from the 3rd panel.  Hit Create button.

    SaveAs test.html

    Insert an image.

    Did DW crash?
