Nick,

I am afraid not.

There was a reason for my mentioning script first.

If you wish to move the object to the origin corner of the artboard (corner of the bounding box at X = Y = 0), you may use an action to align both left and bottom/top (depending on version/Y axis), usable when Align to Artboard is ticked in the Align flyout.

Otherwise, I believe you need a script(er).
