I registered on adobe.com today. I clicked on the link that they sent verified my email. I am trying to login to my adobe viewer ap on my iPad. Am I missing something?

Thanks for your help. I am able to login to adobe on my laptop. It's the adobe viewer ap on my iPad and iPhone that don't work. I even tried to delete and reinstall yesterday. I get "authentication failed".
When you say you are trying to use your "Adobe viewer app" what app are you referring to? Did you load Revel on to your iPad or are you using another application? Clarifying might help us fix your issue more quickly. If you are referring to Revel, are you able to login on your browser from a pc, mac, iPhone, or iPad? Is it just the app that you are having issues with?
Thanks for your help! It’s not Revel. It’s the Adobe Content Viewer. It’s dark purple background with a lighter purple open book inside. I’m able to login to the adobe website just fine. The login is not working on the ap that is on my ipad and iphone.
