Hi Jacob,

You can buy a subscription for captivate from Adobe.com. Select the Subscription option when you add the product to your online cart. You are given a serial number at the end of your purchase. Just copy and paste the serial number when you launch your trial and follow the onscreen instructions to start using your subscription product.

Hello,

I already did purchase the subscription. I have the receipt. I don't see a serial number though, and when I went to download, the month to month option did not have a download link. I downloaded the captivate software for Mac, but it says my Mac doesn't recognize it. I know captivate 6 works on my computer because I just got done with the trial.
