Trouble Reinstalling Photoshop CS on Windows XP

I recently installed Macromedia Dreamweaver 4  and firework 4 (Trial Version) and after few days I deleted both the program. But now my Adobe Photoshop CS that I had working before is not working. I deleted the program as I do have an original CD and tried to install it again but it does not install on my windows XP again. I have made many attempts but It stops during installation and gives the following error. Error Number:  0x80040707 Description: DLL function call carshed: ALInstaller.InitAImInstall Setup will now terminate. I have cleaned registery using different registry cleaners but still can not install with original serial number for the program "Adobe Photoshop CS" Jamil
