layout moves after clicking anchor

Hello,

I'm building my first website in CS6. Everything works so far, but I used a number of anchor for images on a page. When I view my site in any browser, after I click on one of the anchor it takes me to the correct place, but when I scroll back to the top of the page I realize that everything has moved up about 5-6 pixels. Then it's not aligned properly.

Any hints would be appreciated. Thanks,

Virginie

5-6 pixel shift wouldn't be caused by named anchors.   Could be caused by a rounding problem in the browser display.  Does this happen in all browsers?

Can you show us a URL to your page?

To add to the others, a URL to your page would really help us help you!

Unfortunately not. We cannot see your local file.

Get a free acount here - http://www.000webhost.com/ and host your files temporarily. So, once you've fixed all issues and finalize the site, you can can take a proper web host and a domain.

Can you please verify your URL? It is not loading here. Shows a server error.

Viriginie, The 000webhost is acting up - not letting me view the images to find out dimensions. Will you be able to zip the files (only the current_design) page and associated CSS & JPG and upload to Dropbox or Sendspace or something similar? That would make it easier for me to debug your code!

First look, quite a few CSS changes to be done. I'll be able to re-write your CSS if I have your source files (easily accessible!)
