I'm building my first website in CS6. Everything works so far, but I used a number of anchor for images on a page. When I view my site in any browser, after I click on one of the anchor it takes me to the correct place, but when I scroll back to the top of the page I realize that everything has moved up about 5-6 pixels. Then it's not aligned properly.
Any hints would be appreciated. Thanks,
Thank you for the replies. I'm sorry I'm fairly new to DW and I have not
published my website yet. Is there a way to share the link? When I view my
site in a web browser the URL is a local folder on my computer which I
assume you can't see.
And yes, the problems is the same in Firefox, IE and Chrome.

Unfortunately not. We cannot see your local file.
Get a free acount here - http://www.000webhost.com/ and host your files temporarily. So, once you've fixed all issues and finalize the site, you can can take a proper web host and a domain.
Ok, I finally managed to publish my website online on the free host site
you suggested. Sorry it's a bit slow to load.
Here is the link to the page with the layout problem when any of the
anchors are clicked
This is the URL after one of the anchor is clicked, everything moves up a
few pixels compared to my background image
Any help is much appreciated!

Viriginie, The 000webhost is acting up - not letting me view the images to find out dimensions. Will you be able to zip the files (only the current_design) page and associated CSS & JPG and upload to Dropbox or Sendspace or something similar? That would make it easier for me to debug your code!
First look, quite a few CSS changes to be done. I'll be able to re-write your CSS if I have your source files (easily accessible!)
