At what point do you get this error?

Is it during the installation, or when you launch PrE?

Can you furnish us info on your OS, your system, and where you see that error?

I installed the program three months ago. All has been well until now. I receive this error message when I try to open the program. OS - Windows 7. My laptop was hi jacked by a trojan virus several weeks ago but all is working fine excluding Adobe Premiere.
