Premiere Pro CS6 crashed

I installed Adobe premiere pro cs6. Then I make a project and removed it. Thenceforth, each time I start Premiere it gives me message. Adobe Premiere Pro cs6 has stopped working.What has happened here? Do you have any solution please?

Hi,

Try the following. Please hold down the Shift- and Alt - Key when you starting Premiere until the Welcome screen is showing.

The Alt-Key resets your preferences and Shift the plugin - cache.

Another thing you can do is to delete the media cache.
