I would like to create a template, like the one I have attached, using Elements 11, I would also like the problem solved relating to the open case, I was given the impression that the one I bought from Amazon was not registered but it is, I am really concerned, I have checked with Amazon and they assure me that is not a pirate copy, so can you help. Also how do I contact Adobe to delete the serial no from you please. Sorry to ask so many questions or to sound so clueless but this mornings conversation with Adobe has upset me.
Kind regards
Sheila

You need to create a template in the Editor (Expert Mode) File >> New >> Blank File Set frame dimensions for width and height Set resolution e.g. 72 for viewing on a screen or between 240 and 300 if the picture is to be printed. Set background color to black and click OK Copy and paste your artwork into the template or open photos into the photo bin and drag them up on top of the template. Use the move tool to drag and position each element. You will have to position them and resize them using the corner handles (hold down the shift key to maintain proportions) Good luck.
