OK, that sounds like the placeholders are there. Is the correct source file selected inthe Data Merge panel? You should see a list with the field names. If not, openthe panel flyout menu, choose Select Data Source and open the correct file (you may need to do this, anyway, if you use a differnt file each year).
On my way out the door for a couple of hours, so I won't be able to provide answers to more questions quite as fast. The Help files and videos really are pretty good, though.
