ColdFusion 8 uses which Javascript Frameworks and Javascript libraries?: Ext, Spry, Dojo, jQuery, prototype, YUI...

The ColdFusion 8 Ajax tags are powered by the Yahoo UI library, but you can use any framework you like with CF in general.

I do not sure about it.
I discussed about it with Ext JS support team:

They did said to me that Adobe selected the Ext Library for AJAX in ColdFusion 8.
Is it true?

Hi Ferse,

Indeed that is correct. If you can look at the /CFIDE/Scripts directory you can see the Ext-Js framework located under 'ext' folder!.

and you will see the yahoo ui under yui folder...

iirc, extJS evolved from yui (?) and they used to be one thing in the past.
