Multi Cam Marker Identification

    Hello,

 

I am currently trying to put together my first multi-cam edit.  I have four cameras and have put the 4 clips into four sequences.  In each sequence I added a marker from within the source monitor and left it unnamed.  Then I selected those sequences and used the menu command to make a multicam sequence.  When i got to the dialogue box and asked me how to sync the clips/sequences, the option for marker was greyed out.  Only In point/Outpoint/Timecode was available.  I know i must be missing a detail here but I can't seem to find it.  I read in the adobe documentation on syncing clips but there was no specific explanation about why the marker choice would not be available.  If anyone could give me a pointer I would appreciate your help.

    I have four cameras and have put the 4 clips into four sequences.

     

    Don't do that.  Put all four clips into the same sequence and sync them there.  Then nest that into a second sequence, right click the nested sequence and Enable Multicam.
