Can I transfer photos from Photoshop.com to Photoshop Elements?

I have been using Elements for years. Recently my computer was on the fritz, and although I have my photos backed up, I wasn't able to prepare correctly to back up and restore to Elements after I installed it on a new computer. Can I restore all the files from photoshop.com to Elements 10?

    Yes, the photos can be restored back to Elements 10 and Photoshop.com. You can mark the catalog for sync and download all media from photoshop.com

    Please refer to this video tutorial (though it is for PSE8 but the workflow is similar in PSE9/PSE10). In brief, clikc on 'sync entire catalog' in preferences and your entire media on Photoshop.com will be downloaded.

    I'm not sure what video you're referring to. After installing Elements 10 on my new computer, I synched, and only a fraction of the photos were downloaded. In addition, my albums and tags are listed, but only a fraction of the photos that downloaded have any albums or tags associated with them. On Photoshop.com all my photos are there and they are in their correct albums. What am I missing?

    Check your settings from the Organizer menu:

     

    Edit >> Preferences >> Backup/Sync
