Transfert projets DE CS5 vers CS6

Tags: #premiere #bug #mxf #project

    Hi,

I don't have any experience with multi-cam editing. Normally is not a problem to continue editing CS5 projects in CS6. But it is possible that Adobe  has made some changes betwenn CS5 and CS6.

I have heard many times that is the preferred method is to edit existing CS5-projects in CS5. New projects can be started then in CS6.

Try creating a new project in CS6, then *import* the old CS5 project into the new one.

    Hi,

I mean it so how I wrote it.

All projects that you have created under version CS5 has to been finished in CS5. All new project that you'll started can be created in CS6

    Try this:

After you import the CS5 project into the new CS6 project, make all of your media offline.  Save and close the project.

Move the media to a different location -- different folder, different hard drive, anything.

Launch Pr and open your project again, then relink your media.

    Jeff

Please try Jeff's suggestions and report back.
