Missing Tools Panel

I have just downloaded InDesign CS6. When I open a new document, I do not have the Tools Panel. I cannot find a solution. I have tried pressing ESC but this has no effect. Can anyone help me please? Thank you. Kevin

    1. Simply press TAB key, the tools panel will be appread.

    2. Or otherwise, it will be under Windows Menu. Select the tools option.
