Hi Tony,

     Run the Cleaner tool to remove all the remnants of the previous installations and re-install Adobe Application Manager. You can download the Cleaner Tool from the below link:

http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

Make sure that you select the right options while using Cleaner Tool to uninstall only CS6 and not the previous versions.

In the adobe application manager next to photoshop CS6 it has "Up to date" and it is greyed out, you can't click on install, I tried installing the trial version last week but it didn't complete, now I purchased the monthly version and it is still not allowing me to download I was able to download Indesign.
