every page view or two, change in dw cs6 split view either same web folder files or other web folder files appear popups like the attached... how fix for working without obstacles?

Are you uploading on save? See screenshot. I don't recommend using this option.

I must uncheck from all web folder entries in manage sites, this?

I also avoid to check this, just now checked all sites in manager sites, all was unchecked
