Which PDF Viewer are you using on Mac and Windows to view this PDF ?

What is the OS version of Mac and Windows ?

Also, from which version of Indesign have you created this PDF ?

Intent while creating the document in Indesign doesn't control the PDF export settings.

If the buttons are working in Acrobat/Reader on Mac then they should work on Acrobat/ Reader in Windows as well.

Is it possible to share the PDF to check the buttons functionality on our InDesign ?

Sending you Private message to share the link to share the file.

By any chance did you find a solution to this problem? I am having the same issue except I haven't tested this on a mac. I want to have the submit button send my form to an email address.

Thanks in advance for any help

I am having trouble with this as well, on Macs and PC's.  Is there another reader that doesn't have the problem?  I'm using Adobe Reader.

How did you create your submit button? I'd suggest you use Acrobat Pro and its Form Editing mode to view the submit button.
