I can't burn a working DVD from an ISO

I'm running CS6 and burning a simple DVD with two timelines and one menu. Should be easy.

When I burn a DVD, it works just fine.

But I want to make an ISO so someone else can burn the DVD for themselves. The DVD burns just fine. Its when I go to play it in a DVD player that I run into problems. It doesn't play. Error. "The Supported Disc Isn't Available" or some nonesense.

Is this an Adobe problem? Or an Apple problem?

I do that all the time with Encore for Windows and Imgburn... with zero problems

What are you using to burn, and what brand blanks are you using?

The burner and discs aren't really an issue because I've used a number of discs and a number of burners to the same result.
