I removed firefox then reinstalled it through IE, then I tired to remove IE and it would not allow me to delete some of the IE Files because it indicated other programs were using IE.
I then reinstall flash and tried to use it running firefox and got the blue screen again and then shut down---question, there is alot written on the blue screen that i think might give us a clue, but it only flashes for a second before the computer shuts down and restarts. Is there a way to see what the blue screen says?
Any other thoughts? Thank you.
