    Yes. Camera raw 6.7 was the last plug-in update. From Full Edit click:

     

    Help >> Updates..

    The installed version in Photshop 10.0 for Camera Raw is 6.4.1 ?

    Do I have a problem with the update function of Photoshop?

    I can not click on the function (Update):   "selecting Updates from the Help menu"

    What is the reason for that?

     

    The product is registered. I have a official version.

     

    For Photoshop Elements 10 customers, we recommend that you install Camera Raw 6.5 by selecting Updates from the Help menu and follow the on-screen dialogs to download and install the latest available Camera Raw update. You can also click the link below to download an installer that replaces the existing Camera Raw plug-in with Camera Raw 6.5 for all Elements 10 products

    Do you really need the update. Are you shooting Raw?

     

    If you take only jpegs then you don't need the camera raw update.

    Mayka75,

     

    Try to run your software as an administrator( right click on the shortcut of elements and choose Run as administrator...) ,doing so will probably enable the "Update" function.
