Problems printing from photoshop after updating MAC

Since updating my MAC, photoshop 'unexpectedly quits' when I try to print. Please can you help?

    You mean it crashes.

     

    Have you installed all the Photoshop and MacOS updates?

    Have you checked with your printer vendor for driver updates?

     

    And what does the crash report (the long detailed report) say?

    Hi Chris,

    yes when I press print on photoshop or press print settings, it 'unexpectedly quits' and I have to re-open photoshop.I have updated my mac with osx mountain lion but have tried to download updates for photoshop but it would not install. I have read a few problem shooting cases and they have said about the printer driver, so when my son can help with that I will give that a go.

    OK, first you need to fix your system so you can install the updates.

     

    And in the meantime we could still use the crash report to see what is going on.
