Missing Magic Wand

I have just upgraded to elements 11 and I find there no Magic Wand in the tool section, What do I use instead? I need to replace the sky in my pictures. Raymad

    Reset preference..

    Ctrl+shift+alt launch ps.

    Delete setting file when prompted

    It's grouped with the Quick Selection tool and the selection brush, right below the marquee tool. Click the one that's visible, then choose the magic wand in the tool options at the bottom of the screen.
