why can't I finish placing my oder to buy prints from shutterfly, I get as far as place order, using elements 11, then next screen is blank?????

Can you try after refreshing OLS services. These services can be refreshed through Edit->Preferences->Adobe Partner services. Click on clear online services and then relaunch application. Hopefully it should solve the problem.
