Does Adobe.com have an offline installer for the latest version of Adobe Flash player?

Thank you!  Any time a new version comes out this link gets updated and we have to download another version?

Well, that depends.  Are you trying to upgrade your system or are you doing new installations of Flash Player?  If it's an upgrade, simply change your upgrade option (found in the advanced tab of the Flash Player control panel) to "Allow Adobe to install updates...".  If you are doing new installs, then yes you'll need to get a new version at this link each time we do an update.

Thanks Chris!  This particular machine I was working on didn't have Flash Player 11 installed.

But the link given for the offline installer is pointing to version 16.0.0.305, not to the latest version, 17.0.0.134.  We have machines without internet access that need the full installer.

Please try installing from the appropriate standalone Windows installers located at the help page below. 

Simply scroll to the bottom of the page to the "Still having problems" section and download the installer for your browser.
