Photoshop CS5 crashes with wierd report

Hi all,

 

My pc is:

i7 3770

ASUS Mother board

16 RAM (8x2 Kingston) 1600

Intel SSD 120 GB 520

NVIDIA Quadro 2000D (1GB DDR5)

Win 7 64Bit (Updated)

 

I am running Photoshop CS5 32 Bit and Premiere CS6 64 Bit

They both crash couple times a day with the same event in the event log..

Please HELP!

I'm affraid it's somthing to do with the Adobe softwares and the RAM that goes bad every time..

 

I replaced all hardware (To new modals, i had crossair RAM and diffrent ASUS motherboard)

Changed the NVIDIA to ATI

The scratch is on another drive (1TB WD) and not the SSD

The page file has been lower to 1024-4096 (it was 24000 and tryd 32000)

Reinstalled the OS and softwares 3 times (From difrent medias)

And I checked the web for solutions and nothing relevent..

 

What else can I do? It's frustraiting!!!!

    First, you haven't installed any of the updates for Photoshop.

    Go download and install the updates.

    I Did, Couple of times, from photoshop Help>Update

    I just did again, and the answer is:

    Something is wrong with your setup that is preventing you from seeing the updates.

     

    So go download the updates manually.

    When i try to apply the Photoshop update from:

    https://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4973

    It's stuck in an error

    Photoshop 12.0.4

    Update is not applicable. Error Code: U44M2P28

     

    So I installed the 12.0.3 update from WinSoft (It's ME version)

     

    (The Premiere update went OK and hope that will fix it)

    Here is a link for manual downloads https://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/

     

    If one browser does not work try another.  Many like IE.

    Tnx, This is where I did the download for Premiere.

    As I said, the Photoshop is ME and I found that I should download it from WinSoft for that reason.

    Yes, CS5 ME was handled by Winsoft, not Adobe.

     

    For CS6 all versions come from Adobe (and share the same code and updates).

    For Premiere Pro issues, you really should post in the Premiere Pro forum.

    The folks in the Photoshop forum don't know that much about Premiere Pro.
