Can you save custom brush presets in CS6 for people in lower versions to install and use?? So far hasn't worked... error compatability message. I've designed all of these things, and now only those with CS6 seem to be able to utilize!
Thank you so much for the help. Can't find a solution anywhere.
Thank you for the reply.... No, no new features used! What I've done essentially is make some watermarks and 'stamps'... placed AI eps file, defined new brush preset, saved and sent it off to user... who is working below CS6. Works for my clients with CS6, not for those lower. I have to be missing something. Even tried saving the eps file down, though I'm certain that wouldn't matter once placed in ps - not using smart objects. So frustrating. The only thing I can come up with is to create these in an older version; but I feel like there has to be some sort of work around here in CS6.
To be frank this sounds like you are doing something wrong.
Have you tried exporting the brushes as Presets individually to verify if the issue is with one specific brush?
Which versions of Photoshop do your customers work with anyway?
Edit: I can only test CS6 and CS5 on this machine, so I can’t rule out issues with older versions.

That’s irrelevant indeed.
