Bug on Flash CS 6 Generate Sprite Sheet

I encountered a bug on Generate Sprite Sheet function in Flash Pro CS6,

whenever I have a lot of clips to generate, and I use :

Algorithm : MaxRects

Data Format : Starling

Trim : Checked

Stack frames : Checked

Shape Padding : 2 or more


There are always a few clip got rotated near the end of the png, here is the screen shot :


If I don't use Shape Padding, Shape Padding is 0, it generated correctly, here is the screen shot :


But I need to use the shape padding, or else some of the colour and the lines from other texture clip get drawn with the texture clip that I specifically want to use

For now the best thing to do is to use Basic Algorithm, which wasted a lot of space


Please tell me how to fix this? I want to use MaxRects and Shape Padding, that way I can optimize my assets
