Elements 9 Shutting Down

I have a problem with the program shutting down before it even opens op.

It says in a box that the program stopped working and then it shuts down.

I have already tried everything from this post: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4869718#4869718

Can someone please help?

Try right-clicking to launch and choose "Run As Administrator"

Is it Editor that is crashing or Organizer?

Which OS are you on?
