    Hi vaughan38,

When you are able to Open Bridge,In Bridge go to Window/Workspace and reset it.

I.M.H.O. This should do the Trick!

    Cheers!

Can you please add some screenshots of the problem you area facing and highlight it, if et'all you can.

    Also,

    • What happens when you click Bridge?
    • Did you try re-installing PS?

Can you try resetting the preferences of Bridge.

    • Start Adobe Bridge and immediately press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) until the Reset Settings dialog box appears.

    • Select all three options--Reset Preferences, Reset Standard Workspaces, and Purge Entire Thumbnail Cache--and then click OK.

The preferences have gone corrupt which we have resetted, it is hard to say how they got corrupted.

Just check and if the issue re-appreas let us know.

It is quite a bit simpler with resetting prefernces in Bridge to just press and hold Crtl key and start Bridge.
