Where are you installing the application from? Did you download it? Was it a dvd that you were installing it from? Also, please share the OS details.
If you downloaded it, the set up would be having a .7z and a .exe file.
Please run the .exe file to extract the files from .7z. You may chose to give a location other than the default. The extract would have a setup file, which may please be run to initiate installation.
Incase you run into any issues, please do share the screenshot(s) & logs.
