Camera Raw Patch 6.7 on PSE 10

Hi,

I'm having problems installing the Camera Raw patch onto my Photoshop Element 10. It keeps saying:

Update Failed

Updates could not be applied

This patch is not applicable for you. Please check for updates from the Help menu in your product to see a list of latest updates available.

Please could you tell me what's happening? This patch is the correct one for PSE 10.

To be sure of the applicability of the update for your product, please go to Help > Updates and it would show all the available & applicable updates. Install the patches from there.

Incase you still run into issues, please share the following logs:
<user home>\AppData\Local\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0\aamu.log, aamui.log, aamun.log
%temp%\PDApp.log

Thanks for the help!

I'm running PSE 10 on Mac and I can't find the above directory. Is there a different one for Mac users?

In addition, I don't see a Help > Updates in my menu. Is it possible that the Mac version has a different setting?

Are you trying to install a downloaded patch version? What happens if you just go to Help>Updates in the editor?
