reinstall photoshop and all

Mar 8, 2013 4:19 PM

IS there a quick way to grab all your photoshop defaults (workspaces, tool presets, patterns, etc etc) and transfer them to a clean install?

(I know about the presets manager, I need to do this with the whole creative suite so I was wondering if there were folders and prefferences files that I could and replace).

Just reset the preset type you want to go back to defaults.

The only quick way to reset them all is to delete the preferences folder.

Then just grab your preferences folder -- but be warned that some of the prefs are machine specific and won't work too well or will get reset (scratch disk names, memory percentage, plugin caches, etc.).
