Organizer

Suddenly will not open the part of "organized" in photoshop elements 9. I uninstalled and reinstalled photoshop but the result not change.

    Hi,

     

    When you launch Organizer organizer, what message do you see? Elements Organizer has stopped working or no message at all

    Which OS are you on?

    no message is displayed and the initial image disappears

    I use win xp pro from 5 yers and I dont've problem until two days ago

    Please try launching Organizer with Admin rights directly from its exe (PhotoshopElementsOrganizer.exe) by right click >> Run as admin.

    On XP, you will see this under Program Files \Adobe\Elements 9 Organizer\

    Please goto %appdata%\adobe\elements organizer\9.0\organizer and delete the files psa.prf ans status.dat

    Try launching Organizer with admin rights but this time keep Shift key pressed so that Catalog Manager dialog is launched.

    Its possible that somehow the catalog you were last working on, has some issues. Try catalog repair and optimize for that catalog through catalog manager dialog.

    This blog is aimed at PSE11 and win vista and later. But it will work fine after replacing PSE version numbers/OS appropriately. let me know if you face any issues.
