How much to upgrade to CS5 extended?

I currently have CS5 , which i use for work, i'm happy with it, however i want the 3D options which i know you get with he extended version.

My question is, how much does it cost to upgrade to CS5 Extended?

Failing that, how much will it cost me to upgrade to CS6 extended? , i'm not really keen on this due to the higher cost i presume.

If I understand correctly Adobe does not sell obsolete versions of its software, so it is likely not possible to purchase Photoshop CS5 Extended from Adobe anymore.
