"2. At the bottom of the Metadata panel, click Analyze Speech, or Analyze (Adobe Premiere Pro)."

Nothing happens when I click on either of these. I've tried with several files & haven't found a solution in the forums.

See if Clip > Analyze works for you.

I have one question....after "Analyze" in Metadata Panel, Media Encoder CS6 open automatically and works in the process of recognizing..when it is "Done" its supposed that I would find the text on the metadata box, but NOTHING APPEARS...I try with different types of videos or audio files, buy nothing happens....What shall I do?
