Lost software CD but still have Serial Number

Hello!

I can't seem to find my copy of Photoshop Elements 7 and Premiere Elements 7 but only the box with serial numbers. Is there anyway to download a copy?

Correct I am not aware of any downloads available Photoshop Elements or Premiere Elements 7.0.  If you no longer have access to your installation media then you will want to look at purchasing an upgrade to the current version.
