why can't I download trial version in design cs6?

when I click download now button nothing happens, I am signed in, have turned off anti virus, still nothing happens.

    Java enabled?

    As Peter said, launch Firefox browser and then click on the Download Manager button. The popup window will ask for missing plugin. Click on the missing plugin and Firfox will automatically download the matching version of Java plugin required to download the software.
