use your serial number to activate.

if you have a dl problem, you didn't follow all 7 steps.  re-read and retry.

After downloading trial version of CS5 software you can enter the serial number which you have for CS5 software while installing the software or after installing the software.

I got two different error messages when I tried to download.  First I wasn't able to extract the files.  Then I turned off the firewall and rebooted and now I don't have access to the server (per the message).
