i need help on how to update my display driver for my adobe premiere elements 11?

I've been using this editor for about 4 months now and about two weeks ago or so it popped up an alert saying i need to update my diplay driver. How do i do that and what happened to make it mess up? It only plays the audi while i preview the clips. Nop video plays. PLEASE HELP!!!!

    Welcome to the forum.

     

    What is the make and model of your video card/chip?

     

    What is the installed number and date of your video driver?

     

    Is that the latest one, from the nVidia, or AMD/ATI Web site?

    Generally, deleting the baddrivers.txt file solves the problem.

    That is a good point. After one has updated their video driver to the latest version, then the BadDrivrs.txt file does need to be Deleted.
