What version of photoshop elements and operating system are you using?

Are you taliking about the file browser or organizer?

Could you post a screenshot?

Are you working in Organizer?

Are those file missing? What is the format of these files? A screenshot will surely help.

I am using Photoshop Elements 2 and when the file browser comes up it only shows Desktop folders and if I click the arrow to the right of title bar only desktop is available.

I may be able to enclose a screenshot but I'm having a problem as printscreen doesn't appear to be working. I am using windows XP.

Do you have the Expanded View enabled so you see the navigation pane on the left side of the file browser?

Thank you for your reply about Expanded View. I have managed to locate the Menu Button that enables this and the folders have all come back. The mystery is why they ever disappeared. Many thanks for your help.
