Thanks for the pointers but the script you pointed to is the script i already use and the addition to the line doenst work.

If you or anyone else has any ideas please let me know.

When i replacce your rewrite rule with my one it doesn't re direct anymore it brings up and error.

many thanks however it still doesnt work if you go to and address e.g www.dor2dor.com/prices.html its just redirecting to www.m.dor2dor.com/prices.html which doesnt exist.

I need it to just redirect to www.m.dor2dor.com. Is that possible?

That's works now many thanks although I also have a folder www.dor2dor.com/postpeople that i don't want it to forward on as this is a separate site but part of the same company and doesn't have a mobile site version. Is this possible?

Could you show me what the fully re written code looks like as when i add this its creating an error so i think i may be adding it wrong.

Sorry kenneth im a bit confused now am i to remove everything that is currently there and replace with this or just add this to what is currently there? if i am to add can you explain where abouts to add it to?
