Where to download install files for Flash Builder 4.0.1?

We have a license for Adobe Flash Builder 4.0.1 Premium and probably bought years ago. Now I want to install this on my computer but the download files available from the Adobe is for version 4.7 which does not accept the serial keys we purchaged in the past.

Where to find the install files for version 4.0 so that I can install and use the serial keys?

I logged in with my free Adobe account and followed the link and I got:

Access Denied

If you have a corporate volume license then please go to https://licensing.adobe.com/ to download your installation files.  If you do not have access to the site then please contact someone in your organization who does have the needed access.  If you are unsure who that is then you will want to work with our volume license team to identify the proper account.
